Welcome to USAID's Customer Experience Survey (CXS)
(formerly the Customer Service Survey)

Privacy Act Statement 

Authority:

The Bureau for Management (M Bureau), under the direction of the Agency’s Performance Improvement Officer (PIO) and ultimately the Deputy Administrator for Management and Resources, administers the Customer Experience Survey (CXS) to all Agency staff to solicit feedback. Data collection has been approved under the Paperwork Reduction Act.

Purpose:

This voluntary survey is an opportunity for you to provide meaningful feedback on how USAID can improve operations and critical support services worldwide to meet Agency priorities.

Routine Uses:

USAID recognizes it's important to protect the privacy of its workforce members and secure the information you provide. Consistent with Federal privacy laws, regulations and USAID policy, only a limited number of staff who have a business “need-to-know” to perform their official job duties have access to personally identifiable information (PII). All USAID staff must: adhere to USAID privacy and security policies; complete Annual Privacy and Security Awareness Training; follow physical, administrative, and technical safeguards against unauthorized access, disclosure, and improper use of information; and maintain data accuracy and integrity.

Disclosure:

Please do not include PII in your response to the survey. All demographic data is used to better understand customer segments. Responses are provided to USAID operating units in aggregate only and all data is reviewed for PII, which is removed if present. This is a voluntary survey. You may choose not to participate or to stop at any time.

Additional Instruction

Write down your password, the CXS team is unable to retrieve it for you. 

Anonymity:

Reporting of CXS data is anonymized and demographic data limited and masked to ensure the anonymity of the respondents. The CXS team scrubs all comments and qualitative data for personally identifiable information prior to sharing comments with OUs/functions.
